  • Website
    We created a custom website featuring special features of the home, videos, photos, and detailed information about the neighborhood. Then created a QR code for that website to share on flyers, social media, mailers, and more.
  • Brochures
    We created beautiful property brochures highlighting all the features and amenities, placed in the home for buyers and mailed to hundreds homes.
  • Zillow Showcase Property
    We featured the home as a Zillow Showcase property, generating 81% more page views, 75% more saves, and 85% more shares. And making it 10% more likely to go pending in 14 days and selling for an average of 2% more.
  • REALM
    We partnered, collaborated, and did paid ad campaigns with luxury platforms and we got the property in front of REALM members with high buyer matches.
  • E-Mail Marketing
    We took advantage of email marketing. From sharing the listing with our entire database to local Realtors to Realtors from around the globe, all with a focus on our feeder markets.
  • Social Media
    We took advantage of our social media channels, hosting a Broker's Open Content Creation Day - generating an additional 50K views of this home on Instagram. We also promoted it on TikTok and Youtube Shorts, and currently have over 36K views on Youtube.
